Its that time of year where Canadian ball players head to for some spring training baseball. The Major League Baseball "Grapefruit League" has been around for over 100 years and it's been a tradition, that local teams from the Elite Baseball League of Ontario go south. Most teams have been training indoors since October and get show off, how their game has improved to the local College/Universities and professional scouts who flock to the area.
The experience that these players receive is just like the big leagues. Early morning workouts, long bus rides, late games and a little fun in between.
